Colonial Revival
Our extensive remodel of this elegant 1913 Colonial Revival residence includes opening up the “back of the house” service spaces to create a kitchen / great room that relates directly to the more formal living and dining rooms as well as to the garden. The new rooms are comfortable for day to day family life and sufficiently generous to host a holiday crowd. A completely reconfigured stair and new elevator connect the great room to a second floor terrace and attic level games room. The master suite is reconfigured and reimagined as a light-filled, spa-like retreat.
